SESSION AM is a peer-to-peer (P2P) live audio streaming web app. A broadcaster shares a link; a listener opens it in a browser and joins a live audio session. There is no account creation: access happens through invite links and codes.
Audio is transmitted live, directly between participants, using WebRTC. We do not record, save, or have access to the content of your audio streams or in-session chat messages. Once a session ends, nothing related to its content remains on our side.

We do not collect names, email addresses, profile photos, payment data, or precise geolocation. We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking tool.
We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
Since we don't store audio or chat content, and don't keep accounts, there is no persistent storage of session content. Technical connection data (such as IP addresses involved in establishing a TURN relay) is processed transiently by Cloudflare for routing purposes only, and is not retained by us. Standard server/CDN logs (if any) follow Cloudflare's own retention periods.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability. Since we don't hold accounts or stored content, most requests will simply confirm that we have nothing stored beyond transient connection data. To exercise any right, write to privacy@sessionam.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it) or your local supervisory authority.
SESSION AM is accessible internationally via shared links. Regardless of where you access it from, your data is processed as described above; Cloudflare's infrastructure is global, and routing may occur through servers outside Italy/EU in order to provide the lowest-latency connection.
SESSION AM is not intended for, and should not be used by, individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
We may update this policy as the service evolves (for example, if we introduce analytics or paid features in the future). Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
