1. About the service

SESSION AM ("the Service") is a peer-to-peer live audio streaming web app provided by THE DESIGNERS di Emanuele Frusi & C. S.n.c. ("we", "us"). It lets a broadcaster share live audio with one or more listeners via a link or invite code, directly through the browser, without downloads or account creation.

SESSION AM is currently in a testing phase with a limited group of invited users and is provided on an "as is" basis. Features, availability, and access may change without notice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SESSION AM. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Access via invite

Access is currently granted only through invite links and codes shared by existing users. We may revoke, expire, or change invite mechanisms at any time, and may suspend access for any user or session at our discretion, including for behavior that violates these Terms.

4. User content and live audio — how it works

This section is specific to how SESSION AM handles what you broadcast or say in a session.

Live, not stored. Audio streamed through SESSION AM travels peer-to-peer (WebRTC) directly between the broadcaster's and listener's browsers. We do not record, save, archive, or otherwise retain the audio content of any session, nor the content of in-session chat messages.
You own what you broadcast. You retain all rights to the audio and any content you transmit through the Service. We claim no ownership over it.
You are responsible for it. You are solely responsible for the audio, music, speech, or chat messages you broadcast or send, and for having the necessary rights or permissions to share them (e.g. copyrighted music, third-party voices, confidential material). We have no ability to monitor live audio in real time and do not pre-screen content.
Relay infrastructure. When a direct peer-to-peer connection cannot be established, the audio stream may be relayed through Cloudflare's TURN service to reach its destination. This relay does not decrypt, inspect, or store the audio content; it only routes encrypted traffic.
No guarantee of delivery or quality. Because the Service depends on each participant's device, network, and browser, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, lossless, or synchronized audio delivery.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use SESSION AM to broadcast or transmit content that is illegal, infringes third-party intellectual property or privacy rights, is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise harmful, or to use the Service to circumvent any law. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any user found in breach of this section.

6. No fees, no warranty

SESSION AM is currently provided free of charge, with no paid plans or subscriptions in place. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to availability, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, THE DESIGNERS di Emanuele Frusi & C. S.n.c. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including loss of data, loss of business, or service interruptions, except where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law (e.g. in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence).

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected with an updated date on this page.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply if you are acting as a consumer in your country of residence.
